Heat Treated Vintage Hair Flair

Hello blog world! It's Nicole this time. First of all, I would love to state how much I love the Blogger app - it is so awesome being able to update while away from my computer, because, let's face it, I'm not the type to just sit at my desk all day, nor am I the type to lug my laptop with me everywhere I go.

I wanted to pop in and let you all know that I am sporting one of the Hair Flair pieces today! I decided to go a bit vintage with my prairie-style wrap dress and popped one of my favorite pieces of Hair Flair in my own lovely locks.

These heat treated satin hair pins are so beautiful and diverse that they go well with just about anything! This particular hair piece has a vintage button (which I ADORE, by the way) and can be worn both as an alligator clip in your hair OR a classic broach, perfect for a sweater, bag, you name it!

Take a looksie and let me know what you think! Lots of this style of Hair Flair will be up on our Etsy site in no time! :)

  1. Looks really cute! Is the satin all soft or is there a treatment on it to harden it? I love the colors. How do I get one?

    1. Hi Angie! The satin stays mostly soft, and the treatment just makes the edges stand up and keep from fraying. It creates a really natural look and Nicole is FABULOUS at it! We will be launching our Etsy site (differentkindofflair.etsy.com) on September 21st. Follow us on Facebook and this blog and we'll be posting a Launch Party coupon code in the next week or so!
